2013 has brought great excitement to those of us living gluten free for years.

(1) Global Awareness of Wheat Allergies and Sensitivity

The year started with introduction to a new  book “The Crazy Sexy Diet” by Kris Carr which advocates gluten free to cancer surviors. Now on sale at GFS

Also, still in the news is the book “Wheat Belly” by William Davis.  Davis observes many health problems associated with undiagnosed wheat sensitivity and advocates wheat as a potential toxin is becoming public.  Soon to be back in stock at GFS

 

William Davis talking about his book “Wheat Belly” came up in the Wenesday episode of the Colbert Report, in a satire comedy on ‘Wheat as Poison’ that featured a new character McGraw the Gluten Free Beaver wearing an awesome t-shirt with the logo “Delete the Wheat”.
